Hi I'm Alexis! I'm a licensed nail specialist providing fun, interactive, and informative nail experiences. My clients are my #1 Stunnas! I am in a private suite in Franklin Square, NY. Right on the border of Valley Stream. Please note that I do not offer same day or squeeze in appointments. Planning ahead allows me to prepare. You deserve the best! Click the info button in the upper right hand corner of service pictures to view descriptions. Take time to read through each service description to see what is included. If you have any questions regarding booking, please contact me. Appointments require a 35% non-refundable deposit. Deposits are made at the time of booking and are credited towards your service total. Balances can be paid via Cash, Zelle, or Card. Please let me know if you are running behind for your appointment. I will in turn also inform you if I know that I'm running behind with a client. The grace period has been eliminated and I ask that you please be on time. If you are running late, we will only be able to complete what the remaining time allows for. This may result in ending nail services with top coat only (no color polish or designs) and/or pedicure services with no polish. The entire appointment will still be charged as booked. A new deposit will be due for appointments rescheduled due to lateness. ————————————————————— I do not work over other tech's work. Please arrive with bare nails or book a soak off if it is needed. Removal is an additional service that adds to the total duration of the appointment. Please be mindful of the services you are booking and when. I may not be able to accommodate additional services that were not booked or unexpected client time constraints. No children unless being serviced. No extra guests. No food. Cancellation Policy
Please contact me for any cancellations and/or rescheduling. One reschedule allowed per deposit.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hrs prior to your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 12 hrs prior appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the remaining balance. Deposits are non-refundable. This also applies to individual service cancellations within the booked appointment.
No call, no shows will result in a charge for 100% of the booked service(s). Future bookings will not be permitted.
